Where is the event venue and how do I get there?

The GCCEC is centrally located opposite The Star Gold Coast and Broadbeach precinct. The venue is easily accessible via G:link Light Rail (Broadbeach North Station) and local buses. Parking is available onsite (fees apply).

Trade Show Onsite Registration for Visitors

Onsite registration for Visitors to collect their lanyard are as follows:

  • Wednesday 10 June - 08:00 am - 5:00 pm

  • Thursday 11 June-  09:00 am - 5:00 pm

  • Friday 12 June - 09:00 am - 3:00 pm

Lanyards and Badges

All badges will have a unique QR code which gives you access to the trade show and any other workshops and social events during the SuperExpo2026 Program. Please be ready to show your badge at the main entry to the Trade Show along with presenting your badge for scanning to any workshop or social event you have booked. 

There are different types of lanyards for SuperExpo2026.

Visitor Information Desk

The Information Desk is the central support hub for all visitors attending SuperExpo. Located in the foyer to your right, the desk is designed to assist attendees with general enquiries, event navigation, and on-site support throughout the event. The Information Desk can assist visitors with:

  • General event information and schedules

  • Directions to exhibitors, amenities, and key areas

  • Registration and ticketing support

  • Lost property enquiries

  • Accessibility assistance and venue services

  • Emergency or first aid guidance

  • Assistance with the SuperExpo app or digital resources

We encourage you to see the Information Desk for any assistance; however, the Event Organiser will be around the Trade Show with a SuperExpo Event Crew shirt and an Event Organiser badge should you have any questions.

Can I attend workshops and seminars?

Yes. SuperExpo2026 includes workshops, demonstrations and industry education sessions across all three days. Some sessions are free, while others require ticket purchase.

Are social events included with my registration?

Some networking and gala events require separate ticket purchases. Tickets are available via the SuperExpo website.

Onsite Registration for Social Events and Workshops

While we encourage you to secure your spot at these events before arriving onsite, some social events and workshops will be available to book onsite, providing their still availability. The following events can be booked at the Information Desk:

Event App & Networking - What can I do in the app?

Visitors will be able to:

Event App & Networking - Why do exhibitors scan visitor badges?

Visitor badges contain QR codes that exhibitors can scan to exchange contact details and follow up after the event.

Event App & Networking - Can I choose which exhibitors scan my badge?

Yes. Exhibitors can only scan your badge with your permission.

What can I bring into the venue / Bag Rules

Visitors are not permitted to bring backpacks, roller bags, shoulder bags or suitcases onto the Exhibition Halls. SuperExpo has reserved a room close by for you to store your belongings while you’re in the Exhibitor Halls.

What food and beverages is available on site

Our Coffee Sponsor PINZ is serving up complimentary coffee and tea at 3 outlets within the main Exhibitor Halls and is available on Wednesday and Thursday between 10:00am - 05:00pm and Friday, 10:00am-03:00pm.

Alternatively, food and beverages can be purchased at two outlets in the Ground Floor Foyer:

  1. Kombi Van

  2. Food outlet in the Ground Floor Foyer near the toilets on the northern end of the venue

Will internet/Wi-Fi be available at the venue?

Complimentary public Wi-Fi is available throughout the GCCEC for basic use.

Car Parking

The GCCEC operates an automated car parking system. The cost is $15 per vehicle per entry, payable upon exiting the Centre. There are pay stations positioned throughout various locations in the Centre. As the GCCEC is a cashless venue, these machines will only accept card transactions.

A 30-minute complimentary period applies to all vehicles. Should this period be exceeded, a $15 fee will apply. Car parking will revert to a manual system on occasions where high volume traffic is expected (i.e. concerts and entertainment events) to avoid major delays and alleviate traffic congestion.

The GCCEC car park has an overhead clearance of 2100mm (2.1 metres) with 1,300 undercover car parking spaces available for short-term parking. Carpark level B1, there are 22 spaces, carpark level B2, there are 10 spaces reserved for drivers with accessibility concerns

First Aid

GCCEC has an in-house Safety and Security Department which operates 24/7. GCCEC Security and Safety Officers are trained and qualified in all aspects of emergency response, including First Aid. Where appropriate, within their area of authority and training, they may be involved as the first responders in all medical and other related incidents.

Emergency Process

If you need to raise the alarm in the event of an emergency. 

  1. Call GCCEC Security Control on +61 (07) 5504 4050 or;

  2. Break the glass at a manual call point or;

  3. Call Emergency Services on 000.

Alcohol and Smoking

The GCCEC is a licensed venue. No third party may bring alcohol into the Centre without written consent from GCCEC Management. Smoking is only permitted at clearly signed designated areas outside the GCCEC. This also applies to the use of electronic cigarettes and vaporisers.

Animals

The GCCEC welcomes assistance animals, as defined in the Assistant Animals and the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (DDA). Outside of this Act, no persons are permitted to bring animals into the GCCEC without the prior arrangement and consent of the Centre.

ATM’s

The GCCEC is a cashless venue and therefore does not have ATM facilities on site. ATM’s can also be found at the adjacent Broadbeach shopping precinct.

Lost Property

The GCCEC Customer Service team manages and facilitates any lost property on site at the GCCEC. All lost property is recorded and stored for up to sixty (60) days. The GCCEC takes no responsibility for the condition of any lost property. For any lost property enquiries, please contact the GCCEC Customer Service team on +61 (07) 5504 4000.

How can I give feedback about the event?

Your feedback is extremely valuable and helps improve future events. After SuperExpo2026 concludes, all exhibitors and visitors will receive a Post-Event Feedback Survey via email.

  • The survey will take only a few minutes to complete and covers topics such as event operations, marketing, logistics, and visitor engagement.

  • You may also send comments or suggestions anytime to STA and WSAA.
